Know before you go
Campground Rules
Your Site
- One RV per site, please.
- RVs and travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle we feel is unacceptable.
- Please keep your site neat. Outdoor storage is not permitted around your RV.
- Fences, temporary fencing, tents, decks, built stairs, and large or bulky items are not allowed on any site.
- Outdoor appliances are not permitted. This includes freezers, refrigerators, stoves, and washers or dryers.
- Window unit air conditioners are not permitted, so your RV's factory heating and air conditioning (HVAC) system must be in good working condition.
- Sites may not be subleased or shared with anyone who is not registered with park management.
Utilities and Equipment
- Please use a working water pressure regulator. Report leaks right away, and keep your sewer hose sealed to the connection.
- Generators may be used only during a power outage.
- Welding is not allowed anywhere in the park.
- Vehicle repairs are limited to your own vehicle and may not last longer than one day.
Safety and Fires
- Please drive no faster than 5 MPH.
- Please park only in your site or in designated parking areas.
- Fires are allowed only in designated areas.
- Please observe all burn bans whenever they are in effect.
- For their safety, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, both inside your RV and anywhere in the park.
- The pond is fenced, and guests may enter through the access gate to fish only. Swimming, wading and boating are not allowed. Fishing is at your own risk, and please close the gate behind you. Children may visit the pond only with an adult.
Courtesy
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. RV walls are thin, so please be mindful of your neighbors at all times.
- Please keep the park clean and respectful. Littering and unruly behavior are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors may not stay overnight without first being registered with park management.
Pets
- We love pets! Every breed is welcome.
- Pets must be on a leash, with you holding it, any time they're outside. Please stay outside with your pet. Don't leave them out while you're inside your RV, even with the door open.
- Pets aren't allowed to live outside. That means no tie-outs, kennels, crates, pens, or fences on any site.
- Please pick up after your pet right away and put the waste in the trash, not on the ground at your site.
- Please keep barking to a minimum, and don't leave pets alone in your RV if they bark or if the A/C isn't running when it's hot.
- Pets aren't allowed in the bathhouse or laundry. Service animals are the exception.
- If a pet acts aggressive, or other guests reasonably see it as aggressive, we may ask that it be removed from the park.
Mail and Packages
- We are unable to accept mail for guests. Please use a PO box or a mailbox at the UPS Store in town.
- Occasional package deliveries are welcome. However, guests assume all risk and responsibility for tracking and receiving them.
Site Service Fees
- Site service fees are due on your arrival date.
- Site service fees that are 5 days past due are subject to a $40.00 late fee.
- Guests who are two weeks past due are subject to having their RV removed from the park.
Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, their visitors, or their pets.
- Guests assume all risks and agree to hold the property harmless and indemnify it against any claims.
- The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or for personal injury or damage from any cause.
- This is a privately owned campground. We reserve the right to refuse service and to remove anyone who does not follow these rules, policies, or state law, without a refund.
